CommentsA significant low pressure system tracked through Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia between March 14th to 16th. The winter storm produced warm temperatures and rain which caused signifncant flooding in parts of Ontario such as Bolton and Caledon along the Humber River, and in Quebec. The storm moved through Quebec and into the Maritimes on the 15th and continued to bring rain and wind. It is estimated that the storm caused $124 million in insured losses ($63 million in Quebec, $53 million in Ontario, $6.6 million in Nova Scotia, and $1.8 million in New Brunswick).
